Here at UMSL, your dining experience is more than great food. Oak Hall or Villa Hall Resident - As a student living in Oak Hall or Villa Hall, you will choose your meal plan when you apply for housing with Residential Life. Residential Meal Plans include Meal Blocks and Declining Balance Dollars. Mansion Hill Residents - Students living in the Mansion Hill Apartments have the Condo meal plan option available to them, but are not required to purchase one. University Meadows Residents - Students living in University Meadows apartments have the Red and Gold meal plan option available to them, but are not required to purchase one.

100 meal blocks and $350 declining balance. Price listed is per semester.

150 meal blocks and $250 declining balance. Price listed is per semester.

200 meal blocks and $150 declining balance. 200 meal blocks and $150 declining balance.

Oak and Villa Hall Residents Meal Plan Villa Option 4
$1,750 declining balance. Not available for first year students.

The Condo Meal Plan offers declining balance dollars and can be purchased for any amount exceeding $200. To purchase this meal plan, contact the Residential Life Office in Provincial House room 103 or call 314-516-6877.  The purchase will be applied to your UMSL student account. Declining balance dollars are applied to your Triton Card and work similar to a debit card. The cost of what you purchase will be deducted from your declining balance account as you use it. Declining balance dollars can be used at all Sodexo campus dining and convenience store locations. Declining balance dollars roll over from Fall to Spring semester, but are cleared out at the end of Spring Semester ( June 30th).

The Red and Gold Meal Plan is designed for on-the-go commuter students. It's a Declining Balance meal plan available in four purchase levels. You can get it by charging to your UMSL student account. There is a $10.00 administrative fee that goes toward university operations. Purchase forms are available online at http://umsl.edu/go/redgoldmeal. Please contact the Student Affairs Business Center at 314-516-6685, or 180 MSC, with any questions. You will need your TritonCard to purchase. Declining Balance dollars are added to your TritonCard and work similar to a debit card. The cost of what you purchase will be deducted from your Declining Balance account as you use it. Declining Balance rolls over from Fall to Spring, but is cleared out at the end of the Spring semester. A summer plan can also be purchased for use during the summer semester, all funds must be used by August 31st or they will be cleared out for the next semester. This plan is only available during the first four weeks of the semester. This plan can be used at any campus dining services facility.

$150 Declining Balance Dollars. The Red and Gold Meal Plan is designed for on-the-go commuter students. It's a Declining Balance meal plan that can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations. There is a $10 administrative fee.

Commuters and University Meadows Resident Red and Gold Plan Option 2 (Red and Gold Plan)
$250 Declining Balance Dollars. The Red and Gold Meal Plan is designed for on-the-go commuter students. It's a Declining Balance meal plan that can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations. There is a $10 administrative fee.

$450 Declining Balance Dollars.The Red and Gold Meal Plan is designed for on-the-go commuter students. It's a Declining Balance meal plan that can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations. There is a $10 administrative fee.

Dining Dollars are a Declining Balance option that can be used by faculty, staff, and students at UMSL. They must be purchased with cash or credit card and can be used everywhere you can use your meal plan just by swiping your TritonCard. Unlike our other meal plans, Dining Dollars never expire so long as you are active on UMSL’s campus. To activate a Dining Dollars account, visit umsldining.com. After your initial purchase, you may add more to your account at https://umsl.sodexomyway.com/shop/p/357 , or with any Sodexo cashier on campus.
